Several women able to describe contraction as the menstrual cramp that progressively become worse and oftentimes unbearable. Though at first, it seems like any normal cramps that mildly turn into uncomfortable but when it comes closer to the newly born, it turns out a little bit painful even in frequent times. Most of the time, the contraction usually won’t begin until the actual labor comes and it must be within the 39 weeks of pregnancy. Sometimes, it feels like any real deal that somehow hurt the entire similar but not the actual labor signs. The random contractions of uterus usually start in early stage of pregnancy.

Majority of women usually experience the well known Braxton Hicks contraction. As pregnancy level develop and progresses, the fake contraction turns usually become even more intense. In the later phase of pregnancy, it becomes more challenging if the acquired pains consider as quite real aspect or those so called as Braxton. If having a fair and painful contraction whether its fake or not and it’s not yet time to go unto the hospital, there are few aspects that can be done upon easing the pain a little bit but in only work on selected women and also its temporary.

  1. Taking a hot bath. It allows the body to relax.
  2. Drink on some water. Some of the contraction usually occurs due to lack of fluids.
  3. Just walk around, stand up, sits up. Sometimes, it change the position as to support relieve the pain.
  4. Take some deep breath. It won’t stop the pain but it supports of acquiring better result.
